All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa or Jazz Cash
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Pakistan. Any shipments outside of Pakistan are not available at this time.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7-10 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and method of delivery. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Though we use some of Pakistan’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.
We charge PKR 99/- as delivery charges, on all orders below PKR3500(subject to Change On offers). Orders above PKR 3500 have free delivery, as in the company bears the delivery charges.
In case of missing the parcel on the first attempt and asking to reship it, there are additional charges of Rs 150 as delivery charges for second attempt of delivering.

Goods can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase with price tag & receipt only. Exchanges can be made against products available online only. in case of an exchange, you will have to send back the item and order the new item bearing the delivery cost of both sides. Damaged, used or altered goods cannot be exchanged. The footwear purchased on red barcode (Sale) can only have the size exchanged but the customer will have to bear the delivery cost of both sides
b) NO RETURNS on SALE ITEMS except legitimate reasons.
Goods can be picked up from your home and simultaneously the same delivery boy will hand you the required article as well however we charge 250Rs for such services.
We offer an exchange policy on Goods that are filled for return within 3 Days of purchase, However we deduct 250Rs (if multiple Articles price varies) while issuing a REFUND. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
